Online DMS is a simple and effective method of sharing documents with colleagues, staff, clients and customers. Key features of the system include:-

• A complete document management system without the need to download and install software

• Unlimited number of users can be added to Online DMS. The only limit with your basic package is the amount of
   storage available to you (100Mb) - additional storage can be purchased as required

• User and document profiling to allow you to identify a user/document by group or department (or whatever
   best reflects your organisation) and by security permissions (high, medium or low)

• Support for a wide range of document formats including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Jpeg, Gif, Tiff - Online

• Email notification (with SMS text available upon request) to specific users/groups of users when new
   documents are added to the system

• Full and flexible auditing capability to see what users have been looking at, when and for how long

• Customised 'home page' featuring your organisation's logo which is also a link to your organisation's web site

• All documents are stored on a secure server with information backed-up daily

• Simple to use administrative functions that put you in control of uploading and editing documents and adding
   or deleting users

• Library function that enables a high degree of version control so that, if required, only one user at a time
   can access a document

Online DMS is undergoing constant development and improvement, the features listed above are being added to on an on-going basis (based upon our own ideas and, especially, user feedback). Our over-riding desire is to keep the system as simple to use and manage as possible so that a typical user can quickly benefit from the system with little or no training.
