Cost

Online DMS is available for £30 (+ VAT) per month, there is no set up charge and you can upload as many documents as you like (up to 100Mb in total per client account) and add as many users as you want. If you wish to increase the amount of space/memory available to you then this can be done upon request for an additional fee.

If you choose to pay for Online DMS annually in advance then you can take advantage of a 10% discount giving you Online DMS for £320 (+ VAT) per year. We can also provide additional discounts for users who wish to pay for the system in advance for longer periods or who wish to set up more than one account for their organisation – please contact us for a tailored quote.
